Recharge your batteries in this weekly group yoga class that utilizes yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation to help each student reconnect with their physical, emotional, and spiritual selves. This class generally moves at a slower place, allowing you to take your time to learn about and arrive in the different poses and to experiment with different breathing techniques and meditation.
Attention is paid to internal and external alignment of the physical body and developing one’s Svadhaya skills, the skills of self-study, tapping into our sense of intuition and guidance. The slower pace makes it a good class for those who are interested in deepening their connection with themselves and those who are new to the practice of yoga.

Charge your batteries for the week ahead and take some time to reconnect with your breath, your physical body, your emotional body, and with the current moment, accepting all that is there. Classes are created to allow each person to hone their skills of svadhaya or self-study, creating space for you to tap into your own internal sense of intuition and guidance. Modifications to heat up or cool down the practice are provided throughout class, helping you to meet yourself where you are on any given day, in any given moment. The slower pace makes it a good class for those who are interested in deepening their connection with themselves and those who are new to the practice of yoga. All are welcome!
