All classes are created with the idea of helping you hone your skills of Svadhaya or self study. Modifications to heat up or cool down the practice are provided throughout class, helping you to meet yourself where you are on any given day., in any given moment The ultimate goal is for you to take some time to reconnect with your breath, your physical body, your emotional body, and with the current moment, accepting all that is there.
