I am happy to announce that beginning February 8th, I will be adding a second regular weekly group yoga class to my scheduled. This class will be a lovely way to wind down your day. It will integrate the use of asna (yoga poses), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation to help create space for greater wholeness.
